We offer a portfolio administration service that constructs diversified portfolios of Real Estate Loans tailored to each client's risk profile. Our portfolios are eligible to be held within an IFISA.
Your clients can choose from three pre-set risk profiles, each offering a different blend of risk and return. Alternatively, you can create a fully bespoke, tailored service for your clients. We can also accommodate your management fees from the gross loan returns.
We provide white-label reporting in your preferred format, enabling you to deliver clear and transparent reporting to your clients.

1. Currently, all loans are originated from our associated company, Relendex Limited, which has been sourcing and executing Real Estate Loans since 2015.
